Our project comes to life in Çengelköy, which integrates with nature with its centuries-old streets surrounded by plane trees, wooden mansions smelling of history, the Çınaraltı Tea Garden that promises peace and many other historical places.

Our project shows the magnificent view of Istanbul with its floor-to-ceiling windows, large balconies, and terraces. In the morning, when you open your eyes to the new day, greet the strait, witness the graceful gliding of the steamers, greet the seagulls...
